Returning Goods to the Company

To return any item, you must first complete the online returns form. This form should include the reason for the return, your details, and who to contact with questions.

Once you submit the form, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on both the outside of the package and on a slip inside. If the package doesn't have an RMA number, the company cannot be held responsible for the goods and may dispose of them as they see fit.

You are responsible for ensuring the goods are packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping. The company is not liable for items damaged in transit.
