RETURN GOODS AUTHORISATION

To return items that are surplus or ordered in error, all these conditions must be met:

1. Stocked Item Only: Must be a normally stocked item—no specially ordered goods (e.g.custom length safety edges, the wider range of Videx products that do not appear in the Company’s catalogue , custom colors, other non-catalogue products).
2. As-New Condition: Must be in as-new condition with unopened original packaging to allow immediate re-stocking.
3. 30-Day Window: Delivered within the last 30 days.
4. 10-Day Return: Returned within 10 days of the RMA being issued

Re-stocking Fees and Condition Assessment

All accepted returns for unwanted goods are subject to a re-stocking charge:

1. Standard Re-stocking Fee: We will charge the greater of 10% of the original invoice value or £10, plus any applicable VAT.
2. Higher Re-stocking Fee: Goods that require an in-depth inspection before they can be re-stocked will incur a higher charge.
3. Condition Rejection: If goods are returned but cannot be re-stocked due to their condition, they will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.

Required RMA Documentation

To process your RMA request, you must provide a reference number. Please ensure one of the following is entered in the FAAC Sales Order/Purchase Order Number field on your returns form:

1. Customer Original Purchase Order Number
2. FAAC Sales Order Number
3. FAAC Invoice Number​
