Account Holder Chargeable Repair Terms & Conditions

Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)

  1. Complete the form to initiate the return process.

  2. Please wait to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us before sending your goods back.

Returning Your Goods

  1. Mark the Package Clearly: Your RMA number must be clearly marked on both the outside of the returned package and on a slip placed inside the package.

  2. Packaging is Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transportation. We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit while being returned to us.

  3. The No-RMA Policy: If you return goods without a valid RMA number clearly marked, and we cannot determine the source or other details of the goods, we will have no liability for them. We reserve the right to retain, destroy, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the goods as we see fit.

Inspection and Quotation

  1. Once the RMA is issued and the goods are received, we will inspect the item.

  2. We will then generate a quotation for the necessary parts and labour required to repair the item.

Quote Response and Repair Acceptance

  1. Upon written acceptance of the quote, the goods will be repaired and returned to the address provided on your RMA request.

  2. An invoice, including a return carriage charge, will be generated upon despatch of the repaired item.

Declining the Quote

If you decline the quote, you have two options.

  1. The goods can be returned to you in a disassembled condition.

  2. We will scrap the item upon request.

Time Limit for Response

  1. You must respond to any quotation and instruct one of the above options (Accept, Return Disassembled, or Scrap) within 30 days of the quote's issue date.

  2. If no response is received within this 30-day period, we may scrap the item.
