Here at FAAC UK we’re proud of our customer service and support. The people that play a pivotal role in this are our technical team. The team helps answer any technical queries about our products, giving on-site assistance to those engineers out in the field and provides full training for our customers both in person and virtually! If they are not on the phone, they are also on the tools, helping to repair and restore any products that need a little TLC.
The knowledge that the team holds is second to none in the industry with some members having had over a quarter of a decade helping our customers! This knowledge translates into the support that they can offer and solutions they suggest. With a close working relationship with their counterparts around the world, knowledge is at their fingertips.
