Simply Connect is designed to help installers manage maintenance, improve efficiency, and provide a higher level of customer service. Compatible with most FAAC operators, Simply Connect can be installed directly onto the control board and connected through a simple mobile app, opening up a smarter way to programme, monitor and maintain automated systems.

From your tablet/laptop/mobile device you can view the status of all connected automation systems, identify anomalies before they become major issues, and make informed decisions about when site visits are required. Programming can be carried out directly from your mobile device, whether you're on-site or between appointments. The app also provides access to advanced settings that aren't available when programming directly from the control board, giving installers greater flexibility and control.

Simply Connect also enables remote management of FDS transmitters, allowing you to add, remove or replace remotes without the need to attend site, saving both time and money.

A Real-World Example

Around a year after completing the installation of an automated gate system at a luxury hotel and resort, installer James Moody of Integrated Electrical Security received a fault notification through the Simply Connect app.
