Our team is made up of highly experienced technicians. They are committed to providing quality support for our customers, with dedicated phone lines that are manned by our very knowledgeable, friendly team you can be sure your technical query will be answered by an expert.
Our technical department carry out any repairs on the entire range of FAAC equipment to ensure longevity on site. They also teach the training program here at FAAC HQ, with a full calendar of FREE courses run throughout the year. FAAC as an international organisation have also started creating more video content for our customers, with a dedicated vimeo channel
